Recruitment

I am looking for some spriters to create npcs in the game, I have also made some of my own but I am not all that good of a spriter right now and the assistance would be of great help so I can focus on building the game rather then have to focus my energy on the look of the game.

I am looking for some spriters to create furniture and other objects in the game, same reason as above.

I have some game maker knowledge but it is not complete, anyone that can help me with programming things in the game would be appriciated. I currently am having problems getting the inventory system to work how I want it to. There are also a few issues with saving to do with the music.

Appliable spots
Npc spriter [two openings]
Inanimate object spriter [three openings]
Programming [two openings]

Will this be turn based, or will it be a linear mode battle system with the hack n' slash part?

Turn based and not turn based at the same time, I guess active time battle would be a better description. The enemy attacks would be on a timer and your battle menu would also be on a timer.

So it is on the turn based style, just on timers.

Although I am looking at maybe changing it, perhapse when it moves to a more capable program. Just not sure what I would change it to.

I really need to finish this thread...

I don't think you can. Unless there's some way of adding HTML... *checks*
Nope. :/

Darn, the pictures stretch the page and that's only one village.

Update: Although a small update, this update will change the game recognisably. I'm altering the main characters sprite right now, this means not only that the main character will looks different to the one in the screenshots but I will create an in battle and out of battle sprite with a little difference between the two. :)

Just those little extras i like to add in to see if anyone notices.

With that sprite done there's just a bunch of npcs to alter and the game will no longer have any sprites taken from other games.

Note: Aside from the first screenshot, all the screenshots are out of date.

Reminder to myself: Finish respriting before taking anymore screenshots.
